Community Booth

As part of the Adelante Farmers Market’s mission, we are happy to offer non-profit organizations space to share information regarding community-related services and activities that are in alignment with our goals. Participants are encouraged to create engaging tables that enhance the market experience for shoppers. For example, a garden education organization could host a seed-planting activity.

To be considered for a Community Booth, Apply on Manage My Market and select this “Organization” option when applying. Select the “Community Booth” payment plan and discount.

  • You may sell any products or conduct any fundraising if your organization is registered as a 501(c)3 non-profit.

Please allow market-goers to come to you, rather than walking through the market soliciting. Having a dynamic and engaging display and/or activity is a great strategy to draw visits and meet more people!

Give-aways or handouts are permitted, but must be approved by the Market Coordinator. Products handed out can't compete with the products available for sale at the market by vendors.

  • The market begins at 4:00 pm and ends at 8:00 pm. Adelante Mujeres operates rain or shine and requires that your booth be staffed for the entirety of the market.

Arrival and set-up will be available promptly at 3:30 pm. When you arrive, please check in at the info tent. An Adelante Mujeres volunteer or staff member will greet you and orient you to your exact location assigned by the Market Coordinator.

  • Adelante Mujeres Markets respects all aspects of people including their ethnicity, sex, gender expression, sexual-orientation, socio-economic background, religion, political affiliation, nationality, size, age, and ability. Physical or verbal abuse, sexual or any other forms of harassment, theft or damage of property, is simply not tolerated. The market retains the right to regulate the time, place, and manner of activities relating to displays, signs, posters, placards and other expressions of the interests represented. If any persons or groups tabling are found to violate market policy, disciplinary action will follow, including the potential for the offending person or group to be barred from tabling at the market.
